1. Scope

For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Needles & Skin Aesthetic Care GmbH. Further information about us can be found in the imprint. You can contact our customer service for questions, complaints and complaints Mon-Fri 10-17 clock (except holidays) on the phone number 0176-20112541.

3. Contract conclusion

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The condition for an effective conclusion of the contract is always that the order process is completed when the order is placed.

4. Shipping costs

In addition to the stated product prices shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.

5. Payment

The payment is made in advance, cash on delivery, credit card, direct debit, PayPal or invoice. \ Prepayment If you select the payment method in advance we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Cash on delivery If you choose the payment method COD plus 5.00 Euro as costs. In addition, there are another 2 EUR, which must be paid directly to DHL. Credit card The charge on your credit card is made at the time we ship the goods to you. Direct Debit The debit of the purchase price of your account is made at the time we ship the goods to you. Paypal You pay the invoice amount through the online provider Paypal. You have to be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (except guest access). Further information you will receive during the ordering process. Invoice In cooperation with Klarna we offer you the purchase of the invoice as payment options. When paying with Klarna you never have to enter your account details, and you only pay when you receive the goods. With the payment method Klarna Invoice a delivery to a delivery address deviating from the billing address is not possible. We ask for your understanding. When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. The online shop charges a service charge of 2 euros per order when purchasing a bill with Klarna.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Cancellation policy

Consumers have a one-month right of withdrawal. The Federal Ministry of Justice recommends the following official model for information on this right. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods made to customer specifications.

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving a reason. The cancellation period is one month after the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Needles & Skin Aesthetic Care GmbH, Tornquiststrasse 51, 20259 Hamburg, Germany, Tel. +49 (0) 176 20112541, needlesskin@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (eg one by post sent letter, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal  

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than one month from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of one month. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

8. Costs agreement on exercise of the right of withdrawal

We make use of the opportunity to charge you the costs of return in the context of exercising the legal right of revocation described in the above instruction: You have to bear the regular costs of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.

The languages available for the contract are German and English.
